Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of two years casino marketing experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to work in a smoke-filled environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to perform duties on the casino floor
- Must be able to handle potentially contentious situations with professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two years of casino marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of casino gaming and hospitality operations
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
Job Duties
- Identify and develop special entertainment enhancement activities for guests
- Maintain positive relationships with casino guests
- Maintain data on player spending and preferences
- Provide positive responses to guest queries and resolve complaints
- Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming and hotel activities
- Promote special events and assist with event execution
- Maintain regular communication with high-value guests
- Prepare reports on promotions and player rewards programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
