Job Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum of two years casino marketing experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to work in a smoke-filled environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to perform duties on the casino floor
  • Must be able to handle potentially contentious situations with professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Two years of casino marketing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of casino gaming and hospitality operations
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop special entertainment enhancement activities for guests
  • Maintain positive relationships with casino guests
  • Maintain data on player spending and preferences
  • Provide positive responses to guest queries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming and hotel activities
  • Promote special events and assist with event execution
  • Maintain regular communication with high-value guests
  • Prepare reports on promotions and player rewards programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
