  • Knowledge of Title 31/SARC
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and perform physical activities such as push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and balance in varying work areas

  • One or more years experience in a casino host or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency with IGT/Patron Management systems, Opera, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple languages highly desired

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main and primary point of contact for higher value casino guests for all things Dreamscape - Rio Las Vegas
  • Develop and sustain relationships with casino guests
  • Introduce new casino guests to the casino property
  • Act as a resource for guests, management, and employees to ensure maximum satisfaction and service
  • Dispense high-end amenities to qualified guests following comp guidelines
  • Dispense complimentary amenities to guests who have attained necessary levels of play following departmental standards
  • Manage all reservations for guests attending various on-premise casino functions including transportation and hotel stays
  • Represent the casino at on and off property events
  • Reactivate inactive casino guests through direct contact such as mail, telephone, and personal visits
  • Utilize marketing lists for outbound calls and emails to win business
  • Partner with Casino Marketing team and other departments to identify VIP guests
  • Assist VIP guests with casino credit and special reservations
  • Resolve guest complaints and conflicts
  • Facilitate effective management of information throughout the department and casino
  • Ensure all guest information in the database is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and database integrity
  • Maintain knowledge of casino facility and upcoming events to advise guests and employees
  • Exhibit commitment to responsible gaming and service of alcohol
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Assist in training new Casino Marketing employees on procedures, IT platforms, and departmental philosophies
  • Comply with Title 31 and AML/SARC regulations
