Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service positions
- 3+ years supervisory or management experience preferred
- Casino background preferred
- Ability to motivate and mentor team
- Comfortable working with the public and selling a brand
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong follow-up skills
- Strong internal and external customer service skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with OASIS Super Playmate and Loyalty preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for generating casino revenue through the development of new VIP accounts and maximizing existing revenue streams
- Identify and cultivate mid and high-level slot and table game guests by developing relationships
- Enhance business relationships with VIP guests by establishing personal contact, offering personalized service, and executing marketing lead generation tactics
- Market and fill property events with VIP customers, participating in events and social functions
- Anticipate, respond to, and consistently meet or exceed the needs of guests by extending offers, awards, or complimentary services within guidelines
- Handle difficult guests and situations in a calm and professional manner
- Focus on customer development including prospecting, promotions, and customer relationship management activities
