Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Flexibility to work graveyard, swing, or day shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Successful background check
  • All hires must apply for, receive and maintain a license from the Bureau of Gambling Control
  • Strong mental math skills
  • May be required to sit and/or stand at a gaming table for long periods
  • May be required to carry items weighing 2 - 10 lbs
  • Simple grasping of casino chips when collecting, distributing and counting chips
  • May be required to reach or extend arm 6 -12 inches to collect or distribute chips using chip tray
  • May be required to push or pull chip tray/rack weighing 1-3 lbs
  • Occasional rotation of hand/wrist

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a license from the Bureau of Gambling Control
  • Strong mental math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Successful background check

Job Duties

  • Sit at table games such as California style Blackjack or Three Card Poker
  • Ensure the rules are being followed
  • Work as a doublecheck on the dealer to handle wins and losses
  • Verify accuracy and fairness of game outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with gambling regulations
  • Interact with casino patrons professionally
  • Manage casino chips including collecting, distributing, and counting
