Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- cash handling and accounting
- operate a cash register
- stock, price, rotate and display bar inventories
- housekeeping inside and outside the casino
- efficiently mix and complete drink orders
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- accurately complete shift paperwork
- maintain ability to make change and account for large amounts of cash
- suggest selling and help customers with gaming machine operations
- wear the uniform and keep appearance neat and clean
- clean restrooms, ashtrays, dust, windows, floors
- empty trash cans and dishes
- clean tables and messes of others
- clean games and keep bar furniture neatly arranged
- use safety manual and casino restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- assist patrons in verifying wins
- record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
- advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations affecting casino performance
