Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in a casino or hospitality setting preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must pass background check

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash and accounting duties
- Operate a cash register
- Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- Perform housekeeping inside and outside the casino
- Mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- Assist casino cashiers
- Remember regular customers' names and faces
- Monitor legal age requirements
- Accurately complete shift paperwork
- Make change and account for large amounts of cash
- Suggest and assist with gaming machine operations
- Wear the uniform and maintain neat appearance
- Clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors
- Empty trash cans and dishes
- Clean tables and games
- Keep bar furniture neatly arranged
- Use safety manual and casino restroom logs
- Maintain casino safety and security
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Assist patrons in verifying wins
- Record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
- Advise manager of personnel or policy issues impacting operations
