- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- legal age to work in the casino industry

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and accounting duties
- operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the casino
- efficiently mix and complete drink orders
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- accurately complete shift paperwork
- make change and account for large amounts of cash
- suggest and help customers with gaming machine operations
- maintain neat and clean appearance
- clean restrooms, ashtrays, dust, windows, floors
- empty trash cans and dishes
- clean tables and messes
- clean games and arrange bar furniture neatly
- use safety manual and restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- assist patrons in verifying wins
- record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
- advise manager of personnel situations or policy violations affecting performance
