Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar service or stocking preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional guest interaction skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Physical capability to perform all duties
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Capacity to lift heavy objects safely
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking experience preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, and move freely
- Capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Ensure bars are kept clean and stocked with bottle inventory, glassware, mixers, ice, and cleaning supplies
- Assist with bar cleanup during busy periods and perform assigned cleaning tasks at the beginning and end of shift
- Empty trash cans as needed
- Keep inventory room’s stocked and clean at all times
- Maintain complete knowledge of Casino Beverage Service to include beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel in order to answer guest inquiries and provide directions
- Work at other venues as assigned based on business needs
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
