Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Preferred casino related experience
- Ability to use standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and currency counting
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Professional customer and team interaction skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Wear personal protective equipment as required
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Casino related experience preferred
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and United States currency
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with customers and team members professionally
Job Duties
- Create a positive interaction with casino guests in order to identify and address their questions and provide timely information
- Greet guests approaching a desk or podium, respond to inquiries and facilitate the distribution of tickets to special events
- Encourage enrollment into the casino players club by explaining the features, benefits, and membership process to prospective members
- Issue player cards for new and existing accounts
- Maintain positive guest interactions and escalate mid to high end guest disputes to the appropriate Executive Host or Casino Host
- Act as a liaison between casino guests and VIP Services management
- Extend complimentary items and services to guests within the guidelines established by management
