Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- knowledge of beverage service and cocktail preparation preferred
- legal authorization to work in the country
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- knowledge of cocktails spirits and beverage service
- must be 21
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
- engage with customers anticipating their needs and preferences
- ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- monitor and restock supplies as needed
- collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
- communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
