Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Willing to work graveyard or overnight shifts from 11:45 PM to 8:30 AM
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and tips responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cocktail or food server in a similar environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation and beverage service
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
Job Duties
- Take order and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
- Place order and garnish and serve cocktails to guests
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available
- Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment including folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, lining cocktail trays, stocking glassware, restocking supply cabinet, inspecting cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas, and rectifying any deficiencies
