Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability to work on-call shifts especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to comply with all gaming and alcohol service regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or casino environment preferred
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and casino regulations
- Deliver prompt, attentive service to casino guests, including those actively gaming
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws
- Verify guest age and monitor responsible alcohol consumption
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage, and equipment
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with casino operations, security, and leadership
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in a highly visible guest environment
