- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of bartending experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must understand and speak the English language
- Strong guest service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard
- Provide friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers
- Mix and prepare drink orders according to company standards and garnish properly
- Accurately operate cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepting payment, and providing change
- Request stock and check bar to monitor stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and station
- Follow safety rules
- Answer questions about company operations when asked
- Prepare bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties
- Notify supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated
- Notify management of equipment problems
- Attend all staff briefings and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
