Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid food handler card
- Serve Safe Certificate
- TIPS Alcohol Certification
- Ability to work minimal supervision
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Job Duties
- Provide assistance to the bartender
- Stock and refill alcoholic beverages, liquor, ice, condiments, and snacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing bar glasses according to Health Department rules and regulations
- Assume duties of bartender during breaks or absences
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with department and company policy
- Politely greet all customers
- Communicate effectively with bartenders regarding bar needs
