Job Duties
- Provide assistance to the bartender
- stock and refill alcoholic beverages, liquor, ice, condiments and snacks
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- wash bar glasses according to health department rules
- assume duties of bartender during breaks or absences
- maintain a professional appearance
- politely greet all customers
- communicate effectively with bartenders as to bar needs
