Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification (ServSafe Alcohol)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license

Job Qualifications

  • Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
  • Familiarity and product knowledge of liquor, beer and wine preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with guests
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
  • Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
  • Sets up bars for operation

  • Supports bartender needs
  • ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks as needed
  • Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation

  • Maintains par stock levels and orders bar supplies as necessary

  • Maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures

  • Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with departmental procedures
