Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill at customer and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- work well with beverage servers, bartenders, other barbacks, Beverage Supervisors, and Casino Supervisors
- maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar and obtain replacement stock from Warehouse inventory
- place liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies, and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
- replace empty draught beer kegs as required
- slice and pit fruit, fill ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils following established guidelines and safety procedures
- remove and dispose of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with departmental procedures
- wipe counter areas, sinks, and floors to maintain a clean and safe work station
- maintain cleanliness of designated areas in accordance with health and safety standards
