Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricted areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Serve as ambassador of goodwill during work and customer/public relations events
- Promote casino events and programs
- Provide personalized service and use guest names
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines
- Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
- Place liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies, and sundries in designated places following storage and safety procedures
- Replace empty draught beer kegs as required
- Slice and pit fruit
- fill ice bins with crushed or cubed ice
- Operate and maintain bar equipment and utensils according to guidelines
- Remove and properly dispose of debris at the bar
- Clean counter areas, sinks, and floors to maintain a safe workstation
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas following health and safety standards
