Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- valid Texas driver's license upon hire
- obtain Texas food handler's certificate within 90 days
- must comply with all City policies and standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work part-time hours
- ability to operate utility vehicles

Job Duties
- Provides prompt and courteous cashier and retail services to the public
- processes fees for admissions and/or retail food service
- maintains cash and fund accounts and records
- prepares and serves food and maintains cleanliness standards
- operates a City utility vehicle for transporting supplies and materials throughout the zoo
- actively contributes to positive guest experiences
- performs other related duties as assigned
