Job Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent menu and product knowledge
- Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Team player

- Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
- Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space
- Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning per management direction
- Maintains a safe work environment adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Position reports to general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic math skills for cashier duties
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
- Communicate professionally with guests to address questions and concerns
- Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
- Assist with cashier and cleaning duties as assigned
- Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines
