Wings Over Boston is a part of Savin Brands, a well-established company in the restaurant industry with a strong presence in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Work to promote the culture and values of Wings Over by acting with integrity and honesty
- Remain calm, collected, and work to keep the store operating to the Wings Over standard
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
- Communicate information and ideas to the leadership team to promote store growth and a positive work environment
- Assist with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- Deliver Smileable Experiences to all customers
- Help deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
