Job Duties
- Scans all customer items and handles financial transactions
- Packages groceries
- Provides superior customer service and looks for ways to exceed customer expectations
- Answers product-related questions and offers additional or alternative products and services
- Instructs customers in the use of cash machines for cash tender
- Complies with company food safety and sanitation expectations
- Participates with a total store mindset including other duties such as returns, parking lot monitoring, cleaning registers, and front-end merchandising
