Job Requirements
- Completion of required job skills and compliance-related training
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment performing detailed and precise tasks
- Capacity to constantly stand, reach at waist, and grasp
- Ability to occasionally walk, reach overhead, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push or pull with arms, and perform fine motor movements
- Occasional exposure to non-weather wet conditions, ambient temperature, and loud noise
- Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- Capability to lift and manage weights of up to 35 lbs, with a clear understanding to not exceed personal lifting limits and to seek assistance when necessary

Job Duties
- Scan all customer items and handle financial transactions
- Package groceries
- Provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Answer product-related questions and offer additional or alternative products and services
- Instruct customers in the use of cash machines for cash tender
- Comply with company food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate with a total store mindset and assist in store duties including returns, parking lot duties, cleaning registers, and front-end merchandising
