Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including day, night, swing or graveyard
- Sunday through Saturday availability
- Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise cartons up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to attend periodic training and meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
- On the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner
- Performed cashiering duties according to the AIM Cash Policy
- Follows Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
- Follows Tobacco Sale policies and procedures
- Follows security and safety policies and procedures
- Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner
- Performs stocking and pricing duties
- Maintains a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties
- Attends monthly store meetings
- Attends training classes
- Cleans gasoline pumps as needed
- Assists in covering other locations as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
