Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to provide TB clearance
- Requires mathematical ability for accurate cash handling
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to perform stocking and housekeeping duties
- Flexible availability including weekends and various shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- On the job training provided by the manager and assistant manager
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer promptly and courteously
- Performs cashiering duties according to AIM Cash Policy
- Follows Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
- Adheres to Tobacco Sale policies and procedures
- Complies with security and safety policies and procedures
- Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner
- Performs stocking and pricing duties
- Maintains a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties
- Follows health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation
- Attends monthly store meetings
- Participates in training classes
- Cleans gasoline pumps as needed
- Assists in covering other locations as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
