Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to provide tuberculosis clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, swings, and graveyard
- Ability to follow cash handling policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successfully complete Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
- Basic mathematical skills for proper cash handling
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner
- Perform cashiering duties according to the AIM Cash Policy
- Follow Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
- Follow tobacco sale policies and procedures
- Adhere to security and safety policies and procedures
- Check in new merchandise in a timely manner
- Perform stocking and pricing duties
- Maintain a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties
- Follow health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation
- Attend monthly store meetings
- Attend training classes
- Clean gasoline pumps as needed
- Assist in covering other locations as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
