Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
  • Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
  • Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
  • Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
  • Must be able to provide TB clearance
  • Successful completion of Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
  • On the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by greeting each customer promptly
  • Perform cashiering duties according to AIM Cash Policy
  • Follow Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
  • Follow tobacco sale policies and procedures
  • Adhere to security and safety policies and procedures
  • Check in new merchandise in a timely manner
  • Perform stocking and pricing duties
  • Maintain a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties
  • Follow health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation
  • Attend monthly store meetings
  • Attend training classes
  • Clean gasoline pumps as needed
  • Assist in covering other locations as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
