Job Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, see, hear, and drive

Job Qualifications

- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and registers
- Great attitude with friendly personality
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
Job Duties
- Ensure each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a friendly environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at registers
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise
- participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
- Constantly observe customers to ensure loss prevention
- Maintain compliance with VOA Michigan policies and procedures
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and orderly fashion so that VOA Michigan functions in the most efficient manner possible
- Perform other duties as assigned
