Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Must have reliable availability for afternoon to evening shifts
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older in certain states or 21 in others
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work afternoons to evenings typically between 2 PM and midnight
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Friendly demeanor and ability to make customers feel welcome
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining store quality
- Reliable and responsible with a strong attendance record
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
- Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales ensuring compliance with age verification and legal requirements
- Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales
- Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe including deep cleaning restrooms and sanitizing gas pumps
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh and full
- Maintain a clean and organized store by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
- Cross-train in other departments including deli as needed
