Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older in applicable states and 21 in others
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays and during second-shift hours usually between 2 PM and Midnight
- Willingness to work hard and remain on feet for most of the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Physical ability to frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Possess a friendly and positive demeanor
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Reliable and responsible during key midday and evening hours
- Flexibility to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Previous retail or customer service experience considered a plus but not mandatory

- Detail-oriented with the ability to notice little things that improve customer experience
- Reliable presence during critical midday and early evening hours
- Adaptable and ready to take on various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
- Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
- Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales
- Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe including deep cleaning restrooms and sanitizing gas pumps
- Pick up litter and trash from the floor and lot area and take out trash to the dumpster in all weather
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies and be a team player and step in to help wherever needed
