Job Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

- demonstrated proficiency in vehicle preparation
- demonstrated proficiency in interior detailing

Job Duties
- Perform vehicle preparation and loading duties with demonstrated proficiency
- conduct interior detailing services in accordance with quality standards
- operate designated tunnel controls as assigned
- process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- maintain cash-handling accuracy and accountability
- promote membership sales programs
- maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
- comply with the company’s injury & illness prevention program (IIPP)
- report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
- provide professional service explanations
- address routine customer questions
- escalate complaints or complex concerns to management
