Job Requirements
- Able to operate safely in an environment with wet floors temperature extremes and noise
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) used by guests
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Completion of TIPS or TEAM certification or equivalent preferred
- Illinois Basset training for those 21 years or older preferred
- Comfortable operating a POS system and digital register
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player and independent worker
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding personable service to all quick serve customers
- Process customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained
- Contribute to 100 percent customer satisfaction through teamwork and positive attitude
- Maintain a clean safe and sanitary environment
- Act as a passionate problem solver and memory maker
- Follow cash handling and company policies and procedures
