Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Texas Food Handler's Card required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Capability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-casual or restaurant environment is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
Take and process orders efficiently at the cashier station
Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines including holding a Texas Food Handler's Card
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Participate in contests and community events to promote team spirit and brand awareness
