Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- ability to perform hand use motions such as grasping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- ability to work in wet and cold environments

Job Duties
- Bags groceries
- retrieves carts and baskets
- cleans, sweeps, mops, stocks products, and helps ensure overall maintenance of the department
- may operate cash register equipment
- assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and backed up lines
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely manner
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
- follows and complies with health and sanitation procedures
- maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned
