Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6 to 8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- work in temperatures ranging from freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and cold environments
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to operate tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks

Job Duties
- Bags groceries
- retrieves carts and baskets
- cleans, sweeps, mops, stocks products, and helps ensure overall maintenance of the department
- may operate cash register equipment
- assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and backed up lines
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers timely and effectively
- maximizes sales potential through prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follows health and sanitation procedures
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards
- performs other duties as assigned
