Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift
- ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to work in wet and cold environments
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- must arrive on time and be appropriately groomed and dressed

Job Duties
- Bags groceries
- retrieves carts and baskets
- cleans, sweeps, mops, stocks products, and helps ensure overall maintenance of the department
- may operate cash register equipment
- assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and backed up lines
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques
