Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and certification if duties include alcohol sales
- Successful completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Ability to perform public speaking and direct communication clearly
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with peers and management
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion

- Ability to complete and maintain required alcohol training and certification if applicable

- Strong problem-solving abilities with capability to evaluate and act on information

- Ability to establish goals, budget time, and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Operate POS system accurately including handling cash, credit cards, and coupons
- Promote premium viewing experiences and Regal Crown Club program
- Follow MPAA rating system and company policies in ticket sales and theater conduct
- Assist guests with seating and crowd management
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties throughout the theater
- Monitor and maintain concession stock inventory and equipment cleanliness
- Handle emergency situations responsibly when required
