Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail advantageous
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Completion of required state or local alcohol training and certification
- Adherence to company policies including dress code and attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Possess good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Strong problem identification and reasoning skills
- Excellent communication with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash, credit cards, and coupons accurately
- Upsell premium viewing experiences and promote membership programs
- Ensure compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Perform general cleaning duties
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in seating
- Conduct auditorium inspections and report issues to management
