Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is beneficial
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- must be at least the legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training when assigned alcohol duties
- adherence to company dress code and policies
- availability to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- good public speaking and effective listening skills
- ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- ability to manage time and set priorities effectively
- willingness to complete legally required alcohol service training if applicable
Job Duties
- operating POS systems and handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards with accuracy
- up-selling premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, and IMAX
- promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policies
- responding to guest inquiries and phone calls professionally
- preparing and cleaning concession stand equipment and managing inventory
- complying with food safety laws and alcohol certification requirements
- tearing tickets, collecting stubs, and directing patrons to auditoriums
- inspecting backpacks and packages when necessary
- managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
- conducting in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality
- maintaining cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
- reporting problems or unusual situations to management
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
