Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly for greenhouse positions
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions periodically
- Computer proficiency required
- Retail point of sale experience preferred
- Cash handling experience for cashier positions
- Plant knowledge preferred but not required as training is provided
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process transactions accurately using point of sale systems
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Tend to plants and flowers in the greenhouse
- Unload delivery trucks and stock merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and greenhouse
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
