Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications

- Preferred 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- Preferred 2 years experience using POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to make guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and offer refills on chips and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and hospitality team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned
