Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within the timeline required by location
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within the required timeline
- Preferred experience includes two years of customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Experienced in using POS systems
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
- Capable of standing for several hours and walking for long periods
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables, ensuring correct and timely delivery of orders
- Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure guest-facing areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and inviting
- Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve problems and ensure efficient service
- Perform other duties as assigned
