Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within the required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Experience using POS systems preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail
- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Memorize and communicate menu items and promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables and proactively offer refills on chips and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
