Job Requirements
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk for extended time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on varying shelf heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Knowledge of food handler and alcohol server certifications
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and enhance service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
