Job Requirements

  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and walk for extended time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on varying shelf heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
  • Knowledge of food handler and alcohol server certifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and enhance service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
