Job Requirements

  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Obtain required certifications by the first day or within the required timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and promotions
  • Run food to tables promptly and check for guest satisfaction
  • Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks
  • Keep all guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
  • Collaborate with managers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
