- Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by making each guest feel welcome and valued
- Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and accurately, offering refills on chips and drinks proactively
- Ensure all guest areas are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and maintain smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
