Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certifications must be obtained by first day or within location timeline
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations that delight guests
- Run food to tables, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and proactively offer refills
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues and provide smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned
