Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by start date or within required timeline
  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
  • Preferred 2 years experience using point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality that makes each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu thoroughly and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
  • Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and timely
  • Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with management, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
