Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at varying heights

- Preferred 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Preferred 2 years experience using point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Deliver outstanding hospitality that makes each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu thoroughly and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
- Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and timely
- Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and exceed guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with management, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
