Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications

- Experience in customer service preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an advantage

Job Duties
- Greet guests and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming environment for guests
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
