Job Requirements
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service certification requirements
Job Duties
- Greet guests and ensure fast and accurate point of sale transactions
- Deliver outstanding hospitality making guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
- Offer refills proactively and identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned
